Tax Credit Extension signed by the House

Great News! The house has agreed to the Tax Credit Extension and now it awaits for The President's signature. And the really good news is that it now includes a tax credit of up to $6500 for purchasers that currently own a home as their principal residence consecutively for 5 of the last 8 years.
