VHDA Launches Homebuyer Tax Credit Loan Program

Hurray! Attached is the announcement that the VHDA will now allow the $8000 tax credit to be used as downpayment for first time buyers that qualify. This is a great step to helping first time buyers purchase new houses. Please call me if you have any questions or need assistance in buying your first house.
